We prepare federal and California income tax returns for individuals, families, and small businesses. That includes partnerships, S corporations, and rental activity, in addition to personal returns. Please get records to us as early as you can so there is time to review them before the filing deadline.
We work with clients during the year on estimated tax payments, choice of entity, and the timing of income or sales. If a question comes up before year-end, it is usually easier to take it up then than to wait until the return is being prepared.
In addition to tax work, we can review the books and financial statements and go over them with you. That may be a year-end review or help as questions come up during the year.
We provide monthly bookkeeping and can also bring records up to date if they have fallen behind. Keeping the books current makes tax preparation simpler and more accurate.
